The Los Angeles Fire Department verified that emergency crews were called to her home shortly after 8 a.m., and one person was transported to a nearby hospital before being pronounced dead.

TMZ obtained audio from the 911 dispatch, capturing the chilling moment first responders were sent. A dispatcher was heard saying, “Rescue 19, person down,” before giving Keaton’s address.
