Green Chile Cheeseburgers
👩🍳 Method
1. Preheat the Grill
- Heat to 375–400°F (medium-high).
2. Season the Patties
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, gently combine sirloin and chuck.
- Form into 6 patties, about 4 inches wide.
- Sprinkle seasoning mix on both sides.
- Grill patties for 3 minutes on the first side.
- Flip, top with cheese, and cover.
- Cook another 3 minutes, or until cheese melts and burgers reach desired doneness.
4. Add the Green Chiles
- Spoon 2 tbsp of roasted green chiles onto each patty just before removing from the grill.
5. Assemble & Serve
- Place patties on toasted brioche buns.
- Add toppings or keep it simple to let the chiles shine.
