Brad Pitt sues Angelina Jolie as private emails revealed in court

Jolie’s legal team went on to refer to ‘Pitt’s continuing refusals to produce documents relating to the reasons why he needed his four-year NDA covering his personal misconduct’.

They made the argument that these were ‘to the heart of our case and must be produced’.

Lawyers representing Pitt in the case said that, less than six months after Jolie sold her Miraval shares, her legal team suggested a broader mutual non-disparagement clause to accompany their divorce.

When Pitt said that he and Jolie had agreed they would not sell their shares without the other’s approval, the actress denied they ever had such an arrangement.

The next public hearing for the case is on 17 December 2025.

Jolie’s lawyer, Paul Murphy, issued a statement to PEOPLE magazine which said, “Mr. Pitt’s reply brief does not address our arguments and continues to rely on conjecture and speculation — all for the purpose of invading her privileged communications with her lawyers.”Continue reading…
