4. Thicken the sauce

Sprinkle in the flour, mix well to coat everything, and let it cook for another 2–3 minutes to remove the raw flour taste.

5. Deglaze with white wine

Pour in the white wine.
Scrape the bottom of the pan to lift all those delicious browned bits.

6. Make it creamy and rich

Add the cream and the heaping spoon of beef bouillon or sauce mix.
Stir and let simmer for 8–10 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes silky.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
