Place the meatloaf in the center of the pan, drizzle with oil, and bake at 180°C (static oven) for about 60 minutes. Halfway through cooking, gently flip the meatloaf and stir the potatoes for even browning. 
For a perfect crust, turn on the grill for the last 10 minutes.
