Ingredients:

3 tablespoons fresh or dried nettle leaves

4 tablespoons dried cranberries

500 ml water
Instructions:

Chop the nettle leaves. Bring the water to a boil, then add the nettle and cranberries.

Let it simmer for 10 minutes.

After that, cover and let it steep for 3 hours. Strain the tea and drink 1–2 cups a day before meals.
